The QuicK Start your SUP course
is designed to introduce/expose
the participant to sufficient skill
and knowledge so that they can
enjoy the sport of Stand Up Paddle boarding on flat water.
The Introduction course is designed to provide the participant with a foundation in the sport of Stand Up Paddling which will lead to more advanced knowledge and skills in the sport.
PaddleFit™ combines outdoor fitness
with SUP training and techniques. Our goal is to provide you with a system that helps you achieve your fitness goals, improve your technique and guide you on your path to a healthy lifestyle.
Tours are special events which include day trips and sunset paddles. Each tour offers the opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of each location and can include more challenging water conditions.
Board Rentals are available to experienced paddlers and those that have taken our Quick Start
to SUP class or intro level course.
